We'll confirm within a few hours. If you need something specific (early access, extra gear, catering), mention it in the message.

You'll get a confirmation email and a calendar invite. If your plan changes, reply to the email, no portals, no logins.

Cancellation: free up to 72h before. Half refund up to 24h. No refund on same-day cancellations.
